Hydroflow Hydroponic Nutrient

A complete, professional hydroponic base nutrient in one bag, at a fraction of the cost of bottled feeds. Hydroflow is a fully water soluble blend of macro nutrients and trace elements made for hydroponic (soilless) crop production. It is the same class of product commercial hydroponic farms run on, and it works just as well in a home tent, a DWC bucket or a coco pot.

Hydroflow contains no calcium by design. Calcium cannot be blended into a concentrated complete nutrient without reacting, which is why Hydroflow is made to be used together with Calcium Nitrate, and with Potassium Sulphate when extra potassium is needed. Together they give a balanced source of every macro and micro nutrient your crop needs.

What each gram gives you

For growers who work in ppm: every 1 gram per litre of water supplies 65 ppm N, 45 ppm P, 240 ppm K, 30 ppm Mg, 60 ppm S, 1.68 ppm Fe, 0.40 ppm Mn, 0.50 ppm B, 0.20 ppm Zn, 0.03 ppm Cu and 0.05 ppm Mo.

How to use

  • Dissolve Hydroflow fully in water and agitate the solution well before application.
  • Add your Calcium Nitrate separately, last, once the Hydroflow is already diluted.
  • Check EC and adjust pH after everything is dissolved.
  • Where plants are grown in containers, leach (flush) the containers periodically.

Important precautions

Never mix concentrated solutions of Hydroflow and Calcium Nitrate together. They will react and the nutrients will drop out of solution. In a two tank system Hydroflow goes in Tank B and calcium nitrate in Tank A. Only high quality raw materials are used in the manufacture of Hydroflow. In spite of this, a small insoluble residue might occur in the tank. This is normal.
